I'm a proven problem-solver and team player with over ten years of tech industry experience. As a Systems Administrator, I administered a QA lab, implemented automation, and documented processes in service and satisfaction of the growing needs of a large company.
In Technical Support, I applied soft skills and deductive reasoning to provide quick and correct solutions to partners internal and external. I have, and always will, demonstrate the curiosity and wherewithal to get the job done right.
In May 2021, I decided to further invest into my skill set by finishing my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I have been attending school full-time and am scheduled to graduate with a BS in Computer Science in Fall 2024 from Texas State University.
